• Welcome to Radhey Krishna Travels Agency. By using our website or booking travel services with us, agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or payment.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings must be made via our website, official contact details, or authorized agents/representatives of Radhey Keishna Travels.

• You must supply accurate, truthful and complete information (names, contact details, IDs/passport or valid identity proof, number of persons travelling, travel dates, special requests, etc.) at the time of booking.

• To confirm a booking, you are required to pay a deposit of [XX %] of the total package cost. This deposit amount is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• The remaining balance (100% of total cost) must be paid at least [XX] days before the travel start date (or earlier date if specified).

• We accept payments via [list payment methods — e.g. Bank Transfer, UPI, Cash, Card, etc.].

• If payment fails or authorization is declined (for card/online payment), your booking will not be considered confirmed.

• 3. Pricing, Fees & Validity

  • The prices quoted are based on prevailing rates of hotels, transport, fuel, taxes, and other costs at the time of quotation.

  • Agencies, hotels, transport vendors, and other third-party suppliers may change their rates at any time before confirmation. If such changes occur, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.

  • Any service fees, taxes, surcharges (due to change in fuel price, government taxes, seasonal charges, peak-season demands, etc.) or optional extras (meals, optional sightseeing, personal expenses etc.) will be separately communicated and charged additionally.

  • Quoted prices are valid only for the period and conditions specified, and are subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.
